KURIAKOSE, J.\n                          ==============\n                L.A.A.Nos.1465 and 1473 of 2008\n                       ====================\n             Dated this the 22nd day of August, 2008.\n\n                          J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>     These appeals are filed by the Government against the<\/p>\n<p>awards of the Land Acquisition Reference Court, Cherthala for<\/p>\n<p>enhancement of the land value awarded by the Land Acquisition<\/p>\n<p>Officer, at the rate of Rs.7,876\/- per Are to Rs. 17,290\/- per Are.<\/p>\n<p>It is brought to my notice by Mr. Joby Syriac, counsel who<\/p>\n<p>appears for the requisitioning authority in many other cases<\/p>\n<p>before this court, that the rate of enhancement given by the<\/p>\n<p>reference court for the categories of properties involved in these<\/p>\n<p>two appeals has been confirmed even by the Supreme court. In<\/p>\n<p>view of the above submission, these appeals will stand dismissed<\/p>\n<p>in limine.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                      PIUS C.
