Mr. Mansoor Ali states that the petitioners have<br \/>\njoined the investigation and they are no longer required<br \/>\nby the investigating agency.\n<\/p>\n<p>2. In view of this, the order dated 29.5.2002 is<br \/>\nmade absolute. It is, however, made clear that the benefit<br \/>\nof the order will (SIC) to the petitioners till the<br \/>\nfiling of the challan whereupon they would furnish fresh<br \/>\nbail bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.
