The {Jetitioner is   to\nthe first respondent to    of the\npetitioner after     him to\nappear for the  Examination\n\ncomme\ufb01ciggg oii  \n\n<\/pre>\n<p>3. The petitioner presented his<br \/>\n   to appear for the annual examination<\/p>\n<p> in the month of March 2009 on<\/p>\n<p> 12.2008. The application was not received on the<\/p>\n<p>ground that the last date for submitting the app\ufb01eatienj<\/p>\n<p>was 18.09.2008, which was leng over. Hence  ~ V.<\/p>\n<p>petition.\n<\/p>\n<p>4. Learned counsel ap;9ea1&#8217;in\u00a7fei&#8217;&#8211;.. the  &#8216;V<\/p>\n<p>submits that the petitioner was<br \/>\nat the time of annual   Pre<br \/>\nUniversity in March 2008.__  gnedicmes<br \/>\nbut however, the&#8221; of four<br \/>\nmoxzths. J  attend the<br \/>\namltiai   However, he<br \/>\nattended   examination and cleared<\/p>\n<p>all the eubjecte except  subjects, i.e., Mathematics<\/p>\n<p>   submit the application within<\/p>\n<p>tithe: for  stated earlier.
