RADHAKRISHNAN, J.\n                    --------------------------------------\n                    W.P.(C) No.32347 OF 2009\n                    --------------------------------------\n             Dated this the 12th day of November, 2009\n\n                           J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>                           ~~~~~~~~~~~~~<\/p>\n<p>      The petitioner, a cable TV operator, states that Ext.P2 is<\/p>\n<p>pending consideration before the Thrissur Corporation in relation to<\/p>\n<p>Ext.P1 contract. The matter is purely in the realm of contracts. It is<\/p>\n<p>not a statutory contract. The 2nd respondent being a public authority<\/p>\n<p>has to act fairly. For that sole reason, this Writ Petition is ordered<\/p>\n<p>directing that a decision on Ext.P2 will be communicated to the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner, within a period of three weeks from              the date of<\/p>\n<p>production of a copy of this judgment. This will enable the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>to work out his remedy in appropriate jurisdiction, if he has any<\/p>\n<p>further grievance.
