No.5310 of 2011\n                                         Sikandar Saw\n                                              Versus\n                                      The State Of Bihar\n                                            -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>3       18-07-2011              Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as<\/p>\n<p>                     learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the state.<\/p>\n<p>                                Taking into consideration that the petitioner is in jail<\/p>\n<p>                     custody since 18.07.2007 in a case regtistered under sections-<\/p>\n<p>                     399\/402 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(i-B)A,26\/35 of the<\/p>\n<p>                     Arms Act and furthermore, neither the petitioner was caught at<\/p>\n<p>                     spot nor anything was recovered from his conscious possession<\/p>\n<p>                     and as per report of Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna<\/p>\n<p>                     which has been received in this court through Memo No. 1545<\/p>\n<p>                     dated 21.06.2011, the petitioner does not have any criminal<\/p>\n<p>                     antecedent,    let the petitioner, namely, Sikandar Saw be<\/p>\n<p>                     released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000\/- (ten<\/p>\n<p>                     thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in<\/p>\n<p>                     connection with Sessions Trial No. 1639 of 2008 arising out of<\/p>\n<p>                     Sri Krishnapuri P.S.
