Since the Tamilnadu Appellate Tribunal was abolished, the O.A. was received by transfer and numbered as Writ Petition. \n\n\t5.  All the four petitioners\/applicants seek direction for promotion without reference to the charge memo pending against them.  It is stated that in the meanwhile, the petitioners have been granted the benefit of promotion.  In such view of the matter, no further adjudication  is required in these matters.  Therefore, all the four Writ Petitions are dismissed as infructuous.
