Public Prosecutor for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                Petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 19.11.2010 in<\/p>\n<p>                    a case registered under sections 395, 397,120B and 412 of the IPC<\/p>\n<p>                                Petitioner is named in the first information report and in<\/p>\n<p>                    course of investigation some witnesses have claimed to have<\/p>\n<p>                    identified the petitioner committing the alleged crime.<\/p>\n<p>                                Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                    is resident of Mayurba whereas           informant is resident of village<\/p>\n<p>                    Karharwa and there is nothing in the first information report as to how<\/p>\n<p>                    the informant came to know about the petitioner and similar position<\/p>\n<p>                    in respect of other witnesses. It is further contended by him that<\/p>\n<p>                    admittedly, one co-accused Munna Yadav was caught at the spot but<\/p>\n<p>                    the said Munna Yadav did not disclose the name of the petitioner as<\/p>\n<p>                    his associate. It is also pointed out by him that the petitioner does not<\/p>\n<p>                    have any criminal antecedent.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                Taking   into   consideration    the   aforesaid   facts   and<\/p>\n<p>                    circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner,<\/p>\n<p>                    Arvind Yadav, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs<\/p>\n<p>                    10,000\/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction<\/p>\n<p>                    of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in Triveniganj P.S.
