No one\n\n                   appears for the respondents.\n\n<\/pre>\n<p>                              2. This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for<\/p>\n<p>                   directing the respondents to pay the amount deposited by the<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioner in the Madhepura Supaul Central Cooperative Bank,<\/p>\n<p>                   Madhepura in S.B.Account No.792 to the tune of Rs.27,724.00 and<\/p>\n<p>                   also the amount of fixed deposit, i.e. Rs.40,000.00 and<\/p>\n<p>                   Rs.35,000.00 respectively      by the petitioners under Lakshmi<\/p>\n<p>                   Deposit Scheme for 36 months on 13.02.2001 etc.<\/p>\n<p>                              3. Learned counsel for the petitioner very fairly submits<\/p>\n<p>                   that all the principal amount has been paid to the petitioner. Now<\/p>\n<p>                   only the interest remains to be paid.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              4. In the said circumstances, this writ petition is<\/p>\n<p>                   disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to file an application<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                              -2-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>        before the Branch Manager, the Madhepura Supaul Central Co-<\/p>\n<p>        operative Bank Ltd., Saharsa (respondent no.4) raising all his<\/p>\n<p>        claim with regard to interest. If such an application is filed by the<\/p>\n<p>        petitioner along with a copy of this order within fifteen days from<\/p>\n<p>        today, the said authority shall decide the same by a speaking order<\/p>\n<p>        within two months thereafter. If any amount is found admitted and<\/p>\n<p>        payable, it should be paid immediately thereafter. However, if any<\/p>\n<p>        amount is not found payable and admitted in the said order, the<\/p>\n<p>        petitioner will be at liberty to challenge the same before the<\/p>\n<p>        appropriate forum.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                     (S.
