Justice K.SURENDRA MOHAN\n\n Dated :22\/12\/2010\n\n O R D E R\n            R.BASANT &amp; K.SURENDRA MOHAN, JJ.\n                       ***********************\n                    O.P(F.C) No.1018 of 2010\n                    *****************************\n            Dated this the 22nd day of December, 2010\n\n                            JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>BASANT, J.\n<\/p>\n<p>      Prayer in this O.P(F.C) is for an expeditious disposal of<\/p>\n<p>O.P.No.1127 of 2008, which, it is alleged, was taken for orders<\/p>\n<p>by the Family Court on 09.03.2010. We called for a report of the<\/p>\n<p>Family Court.      The report of the Family Court shows that<\/p>\n<p>O.P.No.1127 of 2008 and O.P.No.781 of 2007 are connected<\/p>\n<p>matters. In both these matters trial has not commenced. The<\/p>\n<p>learned Judge reports that the matter can be taken up for trial<\/p>\n<p>and both these O.Ps can be disposed of expeditiously &#8211; within a<\/p>\n<p>period of 3 months.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.    The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that<\/p>\n<p>these two O.Ps are connected with M.C.No.350 of 2007. It was<\/p>\n<p>the impression of the petitioner that all the 3 matters were taken<\/p>\n<p>for orders. Subsequent to the filing of this petition, M.C.No.350<\/p>\n<p>of 2007 has been disposed of.        The learned counsel for the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner accepts that there has been no formal order directing<\/p>\n<p>joint trial of the 3 petitions. In these circumstances, the learned<\/p>\n<p>counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner shall be<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">O.P(F.C) No.1018 of 2010         2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>satisfied if as undertaken by the Family Court the matter is<\/p>\n<p>disposed of by 18.03.2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>      3.     We accept the submission of the learned counsel for<\/p>\n<p>the petitioner.       We accept the report of the Family Court,<\/p>\n<p>Ernakulam. We direct the Family Court, Ernakulam to dispose of<\/p>\n<p>O.P.Nos.1127 of 2008 and 781 of 2007 on or before 18.03.2011<\/p>\n<p>as undertaken by the learned Judge.\n<\/p>\n<p>      4.     Compliance shall be reported to this Court.<\/p>\n<p>      5.     This original petition is, in these circumstances,<\/p>\n<p>allowed in part.
