Justice P.R.RAMACHANDRA MENON\n\n Dated :01\/07\/2010\n\n O R D E R\n                    P.R.RAMACHANDRA MENON, J\n                       --------------------------------------------\n                        WP(C) NO. 20460 OF 2010\n                       --------------------------------------------\n                 Dated this the 1st day of July, 2010\n\n                                   JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>       Challenging Ext.P1 assessment order passed by the 1st respondent, the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner has preferred Ext.P2 petition for rectification, pointing out the errors<\/p>\n<p>apparent on Ext.P1; which is pending before the 1st respondent. The petitioner<\/p>\n<p>has also filed Ext.P3 memorandum of appeal, along with Ext.P4 petition for<\/p>\n<p>stay; which are pending before the 2nd respondent. It is without any regard to<\/p>\n<p>the pendency of the above proceedings, the 3rd respondent has issued Ext.P6<\/p>\n<p>notice under the Kerala Revenue Recovery Act, which is sought to be<\/p>\n<p>intercepted in this Writ Petition.\n<\/p>\n<p>       2.    Heard the learned Government Pleader as well.<\/p>\n<p>       3.    Considering the facts and circumstances, this Court does not<\/p>\n<p>propose to go into the merits but for directing the 1st respondent to pass<\/p>\n<p>appropriate orders on Ext.P2 petition for rectification, after hearing the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within one month from the<\/p>\n<p>date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
