MOHANIA,\nDISTRICT KAIMUR (BHABUA)                             ---- PETITIONER\n                                     Versus\nTHE STATE OF BIHAR                                   ---- OPPOSITE PARTY\n                                  -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2     18.8.2010                   This application has been filed for modification of the<\/p>\n<p>                    order dated 12.3.2010. 21 petitioners moved this Court for grant of<\/p>\n<p>                    anticipatory bail.   Bail was granted subject to surrendering them<\/p>\n<p>                    within a period of six weeks.       Apparently 20 of the petitioners<\/p>\n<p>                    surrendered and were granted anticipatory bail.<\/p>\n<p>                                  Petitioner Dukhi Ram could not surrender as he had left<\/p>\n<p>                    the town for the purposes of earning his livelihood.<\/p>\n<p>                                  Considering this aspect, I direct that the order dated<\/p>\n<p>                    12.3.2010 shall stand modified and petitioner Dukhi Ram is granted<\/p>\n<p>                    one more chance to surrender within a period of four weeks from<\/p>\n<p>                    today in Mohania P.S.
