SHAH\n\t\t\n\t\n\n \n\nDate\n: 22\/06\/2011 \n\n \n\nORAL\nORDER<\/pre>\n<p>1.\tPresent<br \/>\napplication has been preferred by the applicant herein &#8211;<br \/>\nOriental Insurance Company Ltd. for an appropriate order to transfer<br \/>\nthe amount of Rs.25,000\/-, which was deposited by the applicant with<br \/>\nthe Registry of this Court while preferring the First Appeal<br \/>\nNo.3958\/1996, vide cheque No.0895445 dated 11.11.1996 to Motor<br \/>\nAccident Claims Tribunal (Main), Bhavnagar.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\tIt<br \/>\nappears that the main First Appeal is already disposed of as far as<br \/>\nback in the year 1999, however, for whatever reason and\/or through<br \/>\noversight, no order was passed with respect to the aforesaid amount<br \/>\nof Rs.25,000\/- which is still reported to be lying with the Registry<br \/>\nof this Court.  It is reported that now the original claimants have<br \/>\npreferred execution petition.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\tHaving<br \/>\nheard Shri Meena, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the<br \/>\napplicant and considering the facts narrated hereinabove, present<br \/>\napplication is allowed and Registry is directed to transfer the<br \/>\namount of Rs.25,000\/- which was deposited by the appellant &#8211;<br \/>\ncompany vide cheque No.0895445 dated 11.11.1996 while preferring the<br \/>\nFirst Appeal No.3958\/1996 to the M.A.C.T.
