ISHAQUE\n                                             Versus\n                                       THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                          -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2.   23.02.2011                 Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and<\/p>\n<p>                   the learned Counsel for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                The petitioner was granted anticipatory bail on<\/p>\n<p>                   18.12.2006 in Cr. Misc. No. 52564 of 2006 but failed to<\/p>\n<p>                   surrender within time and furnish bail bonds.<\/p>\n<p>                                The Court finds no reason to take any view different<\/p>\n<p>                   from that as observed by the court below on 18.6.2009 with<\/p>\n<p>                   regard to the conduct of the petitioner.
