There   is   already   a   direction   in<\/p>\n<p>W.A. 747\/03 to the 1st  respondent-Board to reconsider the whole issue in<\/p>\n<p>the light of the judgment in W.A.  1231\/03.   In case the petitioner has still<\/p>\n<p>any grievance left, it will be open to the petitioner to pursue the matter in<\/p>\n<p>appropriate   proceedings   incorporating   the   intervening   developments<\/p>\n<p>pursuant   to   the   directions   in   the   judgment   referred   to   above.
