Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :01\/06\/2010\n\n O R D E R\n                       ANTONY DOMINIC, J.\n              --------------------------------------------------\n                 W.P.(C) NO.16764 OF 2010 (U)\n              --------------------------------------------------\n              Dated this the Ist day of June, 2010\n\n                           J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Petitioner is working as Health Supervisor in Primary Health<\/p>\n<p>Centre,    Thrikkanapuram, Malappuram. He has been allotted a<\/p>\n<p>quarter. Petitioner says that there is a designated quarter to be<\/p>\n<p>allotted only to the Public Health Inspectors and that the said<\/p>\n<p>quarter is now under the occupation of a Lab Technician should<\/p>\n<p>be allotted to him.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2. Earlier he had a claim to that effect and he approached this<\/p>\n<p>court. This court passed Ext.P9 judgment directing that the matter<\/p>\n<p>shall be considered. Consequently the claim of the petitioner was<\/p>\n<p>considered by the District Medical Officer and the claim has been<\/p>\n<p>rejected by Ext.P10 order, stating that there is no designated<\/p>\n<p>quarter as claimed by the petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>      3. According to the petitioner the conclusion in Ext.P10 is<\/p>\n<p>incorrect. Petitioner has not produced any documents or materials<\/p>\n<p>in support of his contention. The specific contention in Ext.P10 is<\/p>\n<p>that there is no designated quarter.         In the light of the findings in<\/p>\n<p>WPC.No.16764 \/2010<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                    :2 :<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Ext.P10 and in the absence of any documents produced by the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner to support his claim, I do not find anything illegal in<\/p>\n<p>Ext.P10 order.\n<\/p>\n<p>      Writ petition fails and is dismissed.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                           (ANTONY DOMINIC)<br \/>\n                                               JUDGE<br \/>\nvi\/<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kerala High Court A.K.
