Respondents no.7 and 9 are served.<br \/>\nLearned advocate Ms.Viraj S. Fozdar has instructions to appear for<br \/>\nrespondent no.7 and learned advocate Mr.Urshit B. Oza appears for<br \/>\nrespondent no.9, who is present in the Court.  Each of respondents<br \/>\nno.7 and 9 is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.1,100\/- (Rupees one<br \/>\nthousand and one hundred only) with the Office of the Legal Aid<br \/>\ncommittee, High Court of Gujarat.  Affidavit in reply is filed on<br \/>\nbehalf of respondent no.8 by Ms.Viraj S. Fozdar, who appears for<br \/>\nrespondent no.8, which is taken on record.
