According to the<\/p>\n<p>complainant, at the time of marriage, sufficient dowry was given, but still<\/p>\n<p>there was a demand of Maruti Car which was beyond the capacity of the<\/p>\n<p>complainant. It is alleged that the complainant received a telephonic call<\/p>\n<p>from Jayada (deceased) that her husband Rafiq, father-in-law Kamal and<\/p>\n<p>mother-in-law Bilkish, brothers -in-law Tofak and Arif, sisters-in -law<br \/>\n CRM-M 23768 of 2009 (O&amp;M)                                       -2-\n<\/p>\n<p>Arsheeda and Sajjo are beating and harassing her for not bringing Maruti<\/p>\n<p>Car and also that they would kill her by administering poison. The<\/p>\n<p>complainant brought her daughter back with him where she stayed in her<\/p>\n<p>parental house for about nine months and thereafter with her in-laws for<\/p>\n<p>about 20 days. It is alleged that on 08.6.2009, the complainant received<\/p>\n<p>information that Rafiq, Kamal, Bilkish, Tofak,Arif, Arsheeda and Sajjo<\/p>\n<p>have jointly administered poison to his daughter, who has died. It is alleged<\/p>\n<p>that the complainant went to her in-laws&#8217; house accompanying the villagers<\/p>\n<p>and found that his daughter was lying dead on the cot.<\/p>\n<p>            Before coming to this Court, the petitioners had applied for<\/p>\n<p>anticipatory bail before the Court below which was dismissed by learned<\/p>\n<p>Addl.Sessions Judge, Nuh, on 06.8.2009.\n<\/p>\n<p>            Learned counsel for the petitioners has vehemently argued that<\/p>\n<p>the petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. It is alleged that<\/p>\n<p>no specific allegations have been made against the petitioners as it has<\/p>\n<p>been made against all the seven accused.\n<\/p>\n<p>            I have heard learned counsel for the petitioners.<\/p>\n<p>            There is no doubt that Jayada (deceased) had died after about<\/p>\n<p>3-\u00bd years of her marriage in her in-laws&#8217; house.
