SIRI JAGAN, J.\n                  ------------------------------------\n                    W.P.(C)No.14091 OF 2008\n                ----------------------------------------\n                 Dated this the 21st day of May, 2008\n\n                             JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>     The petitioner complains that there is a mistake in the re-<\/p>\n<p>survey records in respect of the petitioner&#8217;s property in<\/p>\n<p>Muthalamada I Village in Chittur Taluk. Seeking correction of the<\/p>\n<p>same, the petitioner has filed Ext.P6 representation before the 5th<\/p>\n<p>respondent.       The petitioner seeks a direction to the 5th<\/p>\n<p>respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P6<\/p>\n<p>expeditiously.\n<\/p>\n<p>     2.     I have heard the learned Government Pleader also.<\/p>\n<p>        In the facts and circumstances of the case, I dispose of<\/p>\n<p>this writ petition with a direction to the 5th respondent to consider<\/p>\n<p>and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P6 as expeditiously as<\/p>\n<p>possible, at any rate, within a period of two months from the<\/p>\n<p>date of receipt of a copy of this judgment after affording an<\/p>\n<p>opportunity of being heard to the petitioner. The petitioner shall<\/p>\n<p>produce a certified copy of this judgment along with a copy of the<\/p>\n<p>writ petition to the 5th respondent for compliance.<\/p>\n<p>                                             S.
