Dattu, C. J:\n<\/p>\n<p>        Petitioner calls himself a public spirited citizen. He is before this Court,<\/p>\n<p>questioning the award of contract for the construction of a Plant and Auxiliary<\/p>\n<p>Building for the Titanium Sponge Project at Chavara to the 5th respondent.<\/p>\n<p>        2. In our view, this petition does not even have a tinge of public interest<\/p>\n<p>litigation. If for any reason, any person who had participated in the tender process<\/p>\n<p>and has quoted the lowest rate, and if for any reason his bid is not accepted, he<\/p>\n<p>could definitely come before this Court and question the award of contract in<\/p>\n<p>favour of respondent No.5.            In our view, petitioner is not expected to espouse<\/p>\n<p>the cause of other tenderers by filing this public interest litigation. In that view of<\/p>\n<p>the matter, we decline to interfere in this writ petition.<\/p>\n<p>        Ordered accordingly.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                                         H.L.
