The petitioners have been permitted to interact with her<\/p>\n<p>for the past about 2 = hours.             The learned counsel for the<\/p>\n<p>petitioners submits that the petitioners do not, now, need or<\/p>\n<p>require any further directions in this writ petition. The alleged<\/p>\n<p>detenu, Stella states before us that she is not under illegal<\/p>\n<p>confinement or custody of anyone and that she wants to return<\/p>\n<p>from the court along with the 6th respondent, her husband.<\/p>\n<p>      2.   We are satisfied, in these circumstances, that no<\/p>\n<p>further directions are necessary in this writ petition. This writ<\/p>\n<p>petition is accordingly dismissed as agreed. The alleged detenu,<\/p>\n<p>Stella is permitted to leave the court along with the 6th<\/p>\n<p>respondent herein, as desired by her.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                      (R.BASANT, JUDGE)<\/p>\n<p>                                              (M.C.HARIRANI, JUDGE)<br \/>\njsr<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">W.P.(Crl).No.92\/09              2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>It is submitted by the learned Government Pleader and the<\/p>\n<p>learned counsel for respondents 7 and 8 that Stella, daughter of<\/p>\n<p>the petitioner, who is allegedly missing and was allegedly<\/p>\n<p>detained has now been traced by the police and was produced<\/p>\n<p>before the learned Magistrate. It is further submitted that the<\/p>\n<p>learned Magistrate, after recording the statement of the said<\/p>\n<p>Stella and on being satisfied that she is legally married to the 6th<\/p>\n<p>respondent, has dropped further action. The learned counsel for<\/p>\n<p>the petitioners submits that the petitioners have no knowledge<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">W.P.(Crl).No.92\/09               3<\/span><\/p>\n<p>about the production of their daughter before the learned<\/p>\n<p>Magistrate and they may be given an opportunity to see their<\/p>\n<p>daughter and confirm that she is not in illegal detention. The<\/p>\n<p>learned counsel for respondents 7 and 8 submits that it shall be<\/p>\n<p>ensured that the 6th respondent along with his wife, the said<\/p>\n<p>Stella, shall appear before this court on the next date of posting<\/p>\n<p>and they have no objection against the petitioners interacting<\/p>\n<p>with the said Stella.\n<\/p>\n<p>     Submissions are accepted.        Call this petition again on<\/p>\n<p>26\/5\/2009 for appearance of the 6th respondent and the said<\/p>\n<p>Stella and for final disposal.
