Justice V.GIRI\n\n Dated :30\/07\/2009\n\n O R D E R\n                               V.GIRI, J\n                             -------------------\n                         W.P.(C).21477\/2009\n                             --------------------\n              Dated this the 30th day of July, 2009\n\n                             JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>       Petitioner, who is now working as Resource Teacher in the 3rd<\/p>\n<p>respondent School, is dissatisfied with the marks obtained in Part-I<\/p>\n<p>English papers in the B.A Degree examination. She had applied for<\/p>\n<p>revaluation for all the three papers in Part-I. She is aggrieved that<\/p>\n<p>the result of the revaluation has not been published so far.<\/p>\n<p>2.     I heard learned standing counsel for the University also. There<\/p>\n<p>is no justification for the delay in the publication of     results of<\/p>\n<p>revaluation in respect of          B.A.Degree Examination.      Ext.P5<\/p>\n<p>application for revaluation is pending consideration.<\/p>\n<p>3.
