Insurance Co.<br \/>\nand learned advocate Mr.P.S.Rachh for respondent No.1.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\tOn<br \/>\n26.6.2008, this Court has passed following order :\n<\/p>\n<p>?SRULE<br \/>\nreturnable on 21st August, 2008. Pending the Appeals,<br \/>\nthere shall be ad-interim stay in terms of paragraph 3(A) in so far<br \/>\nas the applicant ?  Insurance Company is directed to honour the<br \/>\nawards for compensation passed by the Tribunal below.??\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\tWhile<br \/>\ngranting the ad-interim relief in favour of Insurance co.,  this<br \/>\nCourt has stayed the entire award without any direction to the<br \/>\nInsurance Co. to deposit it before the claims Tribunal. Therefore,<br \/>\nthe applicant &#8211; Insurance Co. is directed to deposit the entire<br \/>\nawarded amount together with cost and interest in each case with the<br \/>\nclaims Tribunal, within a period of six weeks from the date of<br \/>\nreceiving the copy of this order.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.\tAfter<br \/>\nrealizing the amount from the Insurance Co. in each case, the  claims<br \/>\nTribunal is directed to pay 30% amount to each respondent ?<br \/>\nclaimant  by account payee cheque  and rest of the amount be invested<br \/>\nin any nationalized bank for a period  of three years with periodical<br \/>\nrenewal in the name of each respondent claimant but, FDRs shall<br \/>\nremain with the Nazar of the claims Tribunal and respondent claimant<br \/>\nis  entitled the amount of periodical interest till the appeals are<br \/>\nfinally decided by this Court.  Rule is made absolute accordingly in<br \/>\neach civil application.\n<\/p>\n<p>5.\tThe<br \/>\namount deposited by the Insurance Co. with the Registry of this Court<br \/>\nshall be transmitted to the claims Tribunal concerned forthwith.
