L. Pandya, learned Additional Public Prosecutor waives<br \/>\nservice of Rule on behalf of the State of Gujarat.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\tPresent<br \/>\napplication is filed by applicant-party-in-person for grant of<br \/>\nextension of temporary bail for a period of twenty one days, earlier<br \/>\ngranted by this Court vide order dated 5\/9\/2011 passed in Criminal<br \/>\nMisc. Application No.12133 of 2011, on the ground of operation  of<br \/>\nuterus of the wife of the accused.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\tHeard<br \/>\nparty-in-person and learned APP.  Considering the facts of the case,<br \/>\nthe grounds stated in the application as well as medical certificate<br \/>\nproduced on record, this application is granted.
