On the next day the dead body of<\/p>\n<p>                   the victim was found hanging in the tree.<\/p>\n<p>                                It is submitted that the victim was a<\/p>\n<p>                   criminal and has committed rape with the sister of one<\/p>\n<p>                   of the accused and considering the same other accused<\/p>\n<p>                   persons have been granted bail vide order contained in<\/p>\n<p>                   Annexures-2 and 3.        It appears from the impugned<\/p>\n<p>                   order that the only injury has been found on the neck<\/p>\n<p>                   during postmortem which contradicts the accusation of<\/p>\n<p>                   assault made by the informant.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                Considering the aforesaid facts, let the<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioner   Nepali    Sahni,   be   released   on   bail   on<\/p>\n<p>                   furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/-(ten thousand) with<\/p>\n<p>                   two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction<\/p>\n<p>                   of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection<br \/>\n           with Motipur P.S.
