In stead of that, such benefit has been granted in favour<br \/>\nof petitioner by respondents w.e.f. 5.2.2002. Therefore, learned<br \/>\nadvocate Mr.Raval submitted that whatever the delay has been occurred<br \/>\nin spite of the fact this Court has directed to respondents by order<br \/>\ndated 22.6.2007 the petitioner is entitled for interest upon the<br \/>\narrears and difference of amount of higher grade benefit.\n<\/p>\n<p>5.\tIf<br \/>\nthat be so, let petitioner may make detailed representation to<br \/>\nrespondents within a period of 15 days from date of receiving copy of<br \/>\npresent order.\n<\/p>\n<p>6.\tAs<br \/>\nand when respondents receive such representation from petitioner, it<br \/>\nis directed to respondents  to consider and examine it on the basis<br \/>\nof earlier order passed by this Court, Division Bench of this Court<br \/>\nas well as Apex Court and then, to  pass appropriate reasoned order<br \/>\nconsidering the claim of interest upon arrears and difference of<br \/>\namount, within a period of 2 months from date of receiving such<br \/>\nrepresentation from petitioner and communicate the decision to<br \/>\npetitioner immediately.\n<\/p>\n<p>7.\tIn<br \/>\nview of aforesaid observations and directions, present petitioner is<br \/>\ndisposed of without expressing any opinion on merits.
