When the<\/p>\n<p>result of the 8th Semester examination was declared, 1st petitioner<\/p>\n<p>failed in Wireless Mobile Communication (EEC 802) and Television<\/p>\n<p>Engineering and Radar Systems (EEC 813), 2nd petitioner failed in<\/p>\n<p>Communication and Switching System (EEC 803) and Television<\/p>\n<p>Engineering and Radar Systems (EEC 813), the 3rd petitioner<\/p>\n<p>failed in Wireless Mobile Communication (EEC 802), the 4th<\/p>\n<p>petitioner failed in Communication and Switching System (EEC<\/p>\n<p>803) and Wireless Mobile Communication (EEC 803) and the 5th<\/p>\n<p>petitioner failed in Wireless Mobile Communication (EEC 802).<\/p>\n<p>They applied for revaluation and approached this Court<\/p>\n<p>complaining of delay and seeking orders to expedite the<\/p>\n<p>revaluation.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.    I heard the Standing Counsel appearing for the<\/p>\n<p>respondent University.\n<\/p>\n<p>      3.
