Cm(R)\/2009\/1140 dated 10\/09\/2009<br \/>\n      of Additional Commissioner (Revenue) had been cancelled.\n<\/p>\n<p>   c) Certified copies of the report, if any, passed by the related Deputy Commissioner of S.P.<br \/>\n      zone, in respect of the order passed by the Additional Commissioner (Revenue).\n<\/p>\n<p>   d) Ward &#8211; wise details of installed Kiosks including name of the person to whom the kiosks<br \/>\n      had been allocated, father&#8217;s name, address, size of the Kiosks , monthly\/ annual income<br \/>\n      of the Kiosks &amp;
