Neither of the authorities having exerted\n\nV'  themselves over collating material, nor iecord\n\n\ufb01ndings over the critical fact, in my opinion, feli in\n\nUK\n\n\n\n8\nerror in concluding that the gents were laced with a\n\ncondition of non alienation for a period of 15 years.\n\n6.
