JUSTICE ABHILASHA KUMARI\n\t\t\n\t\n\n \n\n\t\t\tDate\n: 03\/02\/2011 \n\n \n\nORAL\nORDER<\/pre>\n<p>1.\tThis<br \/>\npetition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, has been<br \/>\nfiled with the following prayers:-\n<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;[A]\tYour<br \/>\nLordships may be pleased to issue a writ of Mandamus or a writ in<br \/>\nnature of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ\/s, order\/s, and\/or<br \/>\ndirections\/s directing the respondents to reconsider the merit of the<br \/>\npetitioner and give appointment to the petitioner on the post of<br \/>\nVidhyut Sahayak(Junior Assistant) within a period of three weeks or<br \/>\nwithin the stipulated time as may be fixed by this Honourable Court.\n<\/p>\n<p>[B]\tPending<br \/>\nadmission, hearing and final disposal of this petition, Your<br \/>\nLordships may be pleased to grant ad-interim\/interim relief directing<br \/>\nthe respondents to reconsider the merit of the petitioner for the<br \/>\nappointment of the petitioner on the post of Vidhyut Sahayak(Junior<br \/>\nAssistant).\n<\/p>\n<p>[C]\tSuch<br \/>\nother and further relief\/s as may be deem just and proper in the<br \/>\nfacts and circumstances of the case may please be granted in favour<br \/>\nof the petitioner in the interest of justice.&#8221;\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\tAt<br \/>\nthe very outset, Mr. J.K.
