Sintu Pandey son of Chotey Pandey\n                                             Versus\n                                      The State Of Bihar\n                                           -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2.   29.09.2011             Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and<\/p>\n<p>                  learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State as well as<\/p>\n<p>                  learned counsel for the informant who appeared suo motu.<\/p>\n<p>                            The petitioners are named accused in this case<\/p>\n<p>                  besides other 4 persons with allegation of assaulting the<\/p>\n<p>                  prosecution side by iron rod on leg.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            Submission is that police after investigation<\/p>\n<p>                  submitted charge-sheet against four others for minor<\/p>\n<p>                  offences and exonerated these two petitioners. However,<\/p>\n<p>                  cognizance has been taken against all for the offences under<\/p>\n<p>                  which the case was instituted. There is counter version also<\/p>\n<p>                  and parties are litigating for long and series of cases are<\/p>\n<p>                  against each other.\n<\/p>\n<p>                         Considering the facts and circumstances, in the event<\/p>\n<p>                  of their arrest\/ surrender before the Court below within four<\/p>\n<p>                  weeks, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on<\/p>\n<p>                  furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand only)<\/p>\n<p>                  each   with two sureties of the like amount each to the<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                             2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>         satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Dalsingsarai,<\/p>\n<p>         Samastipur in connection with Angarghat P.S.
