Heard the learned counsels for the<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioner and the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              The petitioner being the second wife<\/p>\n<p>                   is    being     prosecuted         by   the      first    wife    in<\/p>\n<p>                   connection with Khajakalan P.S. Case No. 208<\/p>\n<p>                   of 2006 registered under Sections 498, 406,<\/p>\n<p>                   504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.<\/p>\n<p>                              It      appears       that     on     07.07.2007      the<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioner was granted anticipatory bail but<\/p>\n<p>                   she    failed       to        furnish     bail    bond     in    the<\/p>\n<p>                   matter.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              It       is        submitted     by     the     learned<\/p>\n<p>                   counsel       for    the        petitioner       that     now    the<\/p>\n<p>                   matter        has        been      reconciled            and     the<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioner is staying with the husband and<\/p>\n<p>                   under misconception the petitioner could not<\/p>\n<p>                   furnish the bail bond in the matter.                           It is<\/p>\n<p>                   expected      from       the     learned       court     below    to<\/p>\n<p>                   release the petitioner on regular bail if<\/p>\n<p>                   the petitioner appears within a period of<\/p>\n<p>                   four weeks from today provided the husband<\/p>\n<p>                   agrees        to         be      one      of      the      bailors<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                        2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>        of the petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>                With       this   observation,         this<\/p>\n<p>        application is disposed off.<\/p>\n<p>U.
