The petition is filed seeking bail having been
\narrested. for the offence punishable under Section<\/p>\n
30? r\/w. 34 IPC.\n<\/p>\n
2. The facts relevant for the purpese of this”<\/p>\n
petition are as under:\n<\/p>\n
On 22.12.2009 at about ‘a.oo~.\u00a7.\ufb01,;-.th\u00e9t\u00a2, was<\/p>\n
festival of “Goddesses Annamma” and in this regard I<\/p>\n
there was a quarrel as to 7who_ is “toiiperfornt the
\nfestival. It is alleged that the petitiener caused<\/p>\n
assault on Maheshe, the injured with knife by giving
\nthreat te his’life, aihe injured was taken to the<\/p>\n
hospital for*treatmentf: Later the complaint for the<\/p>\n
Sdabove said offence was filed. During the course of<\/p>\n
finvestigationg the petitioner has been arrested. As<\/p>\n
conld” be i\u00e9e\u00e9h from the allegations made in the<\/p>\n
‘compleint, Vaccused Nos.l and 2 who caused the<\/p>\n
iinstigation have been released on bail under Section<\/p>\n
.jt3aic\u00a3.p.c.\n<\/p>\n
3. The petitioner submits that he is innocent<\/p>\n
“and that he has not committed any offence and<\/p>\n
further he is ready and. willing to abide by any<\/p>\n

\nbail. On these grounds he has sought for grant of<\/p>\n
bail. T ,\n<\/p>\n
4. The learned Government Pleader has opposed<\/p>\n
the petition.\n<\/p>\n
5. Heard the learned counself for _the_ \u00b0<\/p>\n
petitioner and also the learned Gouern\ufb01ent’\ufb01leader.’t<\/p>\n
6. The perusal of the complaint reveals that7<\/p>\n
there was a quarrel with regard to the person who is<\/p>\n
to perform the festival, It ia in this context, the<\/p>\n
incident has” eccurred7cand: at the instigation of
\naccused Nos\ufb01l and 2 the petitioner is said to have<\/p>\n
caused the assault on the injured. The injured was<\/p>\n
xftreate\ufb01 gandz discharged from the hospital. Taking<\/p>\n
‘cons\u00bb_ider.ation the fact that the other accused<\/p>\n
haue been granted bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C., I<\/p>\n
‘think it”‘:is a fit case wherein the bail could be<\/p>\n
granted. by imposing certain conditions. Hence I<\/p>\n
–\u00a7pt\u00a2geed to pass the following:<\/p>\n
ORDER<\/p>\n
The petition is allowed. The petitioner is<\/p>\n
ordered to be released on bail on executing a<\/p>\n
$4<\/p>\n
personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000~00 with one
\nsolvent surety for the likesum to the satisfaotion
\nof the Court below with further folloeing
