\t\tThe
\npresent application has been preferred seeking extension of temporary
\nbail granted by this Court vide order dated 15th April, 2008 in
\nCriminal Miscellaneous Application No. 5463 of 2007. The main matter
\ni.e. Criminal Miscellaneous Application is coming up on board on 13th
\nOctober, 2008. It is also submitted by the learned advocate for the
\napplicant that as desired by opponent no. 2, the amount is being
\nregularly paid every month by the applicant to opponent no. 2 and
\nthere is no breach of any of the conditions. In view of these fact,
\nissue Notice returnable on 17th October, 2008. Learned
\nAdditional Public Prosecutor waives service of notice on behalf of
\nrespondent no. 1. Meanwhile temporary bail granted to the applicant
\nvide order dated 15th April, 2008 in Criminal Miscellaneous
\nApplication No. 5463 of 2007 shall continue till 24th October, 2008
\non the same terms and conditions. Direct service today for
\nrespondent no. 2<\/p>\n
