THE DISTRICT SUPERINTENDENT OF\n                        EDUCATION, PATNA COLLECTORATE COMPOUND,\n                        PATNA.               ..................RESPONDENTS.\n                                 -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2   19.07.2011             Learned counsel for the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                 submits that the petitioner may be allowed<\/p>\n<p>                 to   approach    the       Committee    constituted   by<\/p>\n<p>                 this Court by order dated 26.02.2007 passed<\/p>\n<p>                 in a batch of cases led by CWJC No.5278 of<\/p>\n<p>                 2004 by which the Committee was directed to<\/p>\n<p>                 consider the claim of the petitioners of<\/p>\n<p>                 the writ applications in respect of payment<\/p>\n<p>                 of living allowance etc. of the period they<\/p>\n<p>                 had worked in the respective schools which<\/p>\n<p>                 was recognized by the Government.<\/p>\n<p>                           Liberty           is      granted    to     the<\/p>\n<p>                 petitioner. If he approaches the Committee,<\/p>\n<p>                 which   learned       counsel    for    the   petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                 submits   that        is    still    functioning,     the<\/p>\n<p>                 committee shall consider the case of the<\/p>\n<p>                 petitioner      and    shall     also   consider    with<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                              2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>          regard to status of the school in which he<\/p>\n<p>          claims      to   be     working    as   well   as   his<\/p>\n<p>          entitlements and pass appropriate orders in<\/p>\n<p>          accordance with law.\n<\/p>\n<p>                       The writ application is disposed<\/p>\n<p>          of   with    the       aforesaid   observations     and<\/p>\n<p>          directions.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<pre>Arvind\/                           ( J.N.
