Raman, J:\n<\/p>\n<p>      This application is filed for sanction for                                         finalization of<\/p>\n<p>auction     conducted by Anirudheswaram Devaswom under<\/p>\n<p>Thiruvalla Group of Travancore Devaswom Board in respect of<\/p>\n<p>licensing of room Nos. 4 and 6 of shopping complex attached to<\/p>\n<p>the Devaswom. The application is                                  supported by an affidavit<\/p>\n<p>filed by the Secretary of the Board. It is averred that quotations<\/p>\n<p>were received in respect of the rooms in question and that the<\/p>\n<p>quotation for the rooms other than room No.6 was lower than the<\/p>\n<p>previous amount. The auction for room No.6 was closed in<\/p>\n<p>favour of    one        Padmanabhan for Rs. 1020\/- per month as<\/p>\n<p>against Rs.650\/-. Re-auction was conducted in respect of other<\/p>\n<p>rooms.     There was nobody in the auction and since the<\/p>\n<p>quotations received in respect of the rooms other than room No.4<\/p>\n<p>were less than the previous year, the auction in respect of those<\/p>\n<p>rooms were adjourned.                     The auction in respect of room No.4<\/p>\n<p>D.B.A. No. 159 OF 2009<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">                                2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>was confirmed in respect of one Dr.K. Ravi, since quotation was<\/p>\n<p>received for Rs.1255\/- as against Rs.1015\/- of the previous<\/p>\n<p>year. Details of the tender are furnished in paragraph No.5 of<\/p>\n<p>the affidavit, stating that nobody has offered more than what is<\/p>\n<p>offered by the aforesaid persons.\n<\/p>\n<p>     In the above facts and circumstances, sanction is accorded,<\/p>\n<p>as sought for.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                      P.R.
