Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :26\/09\/2008\n\n O R D E R\n                       ANTONY DOMINIC, J.\n\n            --------------------------------------------------------\n\n                       W.P.(C) 9182 of 2006\n\n            --------------------------------------------------------\n\n                 Dated: SEPTEMBER 26, 2008\n\n                               JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>     In this writ petition, the delay in granting permission to<\/p>\n<p>fill up existing vacancies of lecturers in the petitioner&#8217;s<\/p>\n<p>college was the complaint raised.\n<\/p>\n<p>     2. It is now seen from Exts.P11 and P12 that one post<\/p>\n<p>of lecturer in Arabic and one post of lecturer in Islamic<\/p>\n<p>History have been sanctioned.                   In view of this learned<\/p>\n<p>counsel for the petitioner submits that by recording the<\/p>\n<p>same, the writ petition can be disposed of.<\/p>\n<p>     3.
