                  State.\n<\/p>\n
                              The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the<\/p>\n
                  offence under Sections 324 and 376\/34 of the Indian Penal<\/p>\n
                  Code.\n<\/p>\n
                              Considering that there is direct allegation against the<\/p>\n
                  petitioner of having committed rape upon the victim, I am not<\/p>\n
                  inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.<\/p>\n
                              The prayer for bail is rejected.<\/p>\n
