No.360 of 2008\n                ==========================\n                Dated this the 24th day of January, 2008.\n\n                                ORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p>      The petitioner, who was the respondent in M.C. No. 210 of 2005<\/p>\n<p>on the file of the Family Court, Ernakulam, seeks a direction to the 3rd<\/p>\n<p>respondent Sub Inspector of Police, Tirur or any other police officer in<\/p>\n<p>charge not to execute the non bailable warrant issued against the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner in M.P.No. 1428\/2006 in M.C. No. 210\/2005 on the file of<\/p>\n<p>the Family Court, Ernakulam.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.   Admittedly, as per the final order passed in M.C. No.<\/p>\n<p>210\/2005 the petitioner has been directed to pay maintenance to the<\/p>\n<p>1st respondent wife at the rate of Rs.600\/- per month from the date of<\/p>\n<p>the petition. M.P.No. 1428\/2006 filed for executing the order itself<\/p>\n<p>takes in a sum of Rs.9000\/-.       The petitioner who has been totally<\/p>\n<p>neglecting his wife does not deserve any indulgence. If he deposits a<\/p>\n<p>sum of Rs.5000\/-(Rupees five thousand only) before the Family Court<\/p>\n<p>within three weeks from today, the warrants of arrest issued against<\/p>\n<p>him shall not be executed for a period of three weeks from today. The<\/p>\n<p>Magistrate may thereafter consider whether the petitioner should be<\/p>\n<p>given further time for paying the balance amount.<\/p>\n<p>      This Crl.
