deposited an amount of Rs.5Q,OO0-O0 before the<\/p>\n
learned Magistrate and that the petitioner would pay<\/p>\n

far as the Ltahility is concerned, it is relevant te<\/p>\n
net\u00e9. that7 after the cheque was presented, the<\/p>\n
hhkieemplainent had issued the netice-EX.?3 and though<\/p>\n
h_h3X;Di is the reply, the perusal ef the defence put”<\/p>\n
h””umferth by the accused is inconsistent and therefore,<\/p>\n
cannot be accepted. in that View of the mattex, I
\ndo not think that there is any ground made out by<\/p>\n
the petitiener\/accused so far as the legality of the<\/p>\n
