How many selections taken place of teaching\/ non teaching staff since last one year?\n<\/p>\n<p>   2. If so? Name of persons who are appointed be informed, also how many selected candidates have<br \/>\n       applied for said each post directly, and number of candidates applied through employment<br \/>\n       exchange?\n<\/p>\n<p>   3. Whether Miss Radhika Sharma has been appointed or not? If yes, is she is related to any member<br \/>\n       of managing committee of the school and by which process she applied for the said post, directly<br \/>\n       or through employment exchange?\n<\/p>\n<p>   4. The education qualification of al the person who were appointed and also the marks obtained in<br \/>\n       there academic qualification 10th onwards?\n<\/p>\n<p>   5. The names of members of selection committee each from school and department who were present<br \/>\n       and marks allotted by each member to selected candidate?\n<\/p>\n<p>   6. How many candidates selected are related to members of managing committee of the said school<br \/>\n       and related to other members of selection board?\n<\/p>\n<p>   7. The list of candidates (whether qualified, selection or not) who applied for the respective post and<br \/>\n       there education qualification?\n<\/p>\n<p>   8. Is there any proposal to appoint Mr. Ganga Rao presently working as Chowkidar on deputation to<br \/>\n       any other post?\n<\/p>\n<p> RTI no. 2:-\n<\/p>\n<p>  1. How much amount (year wise) has been deposited towards Municipal Tax, since financial year of<br \/>\n      2002 to 2003 till date?\n<\/p>\n<p>  2. How much amount and interest is balance towards the managing committee of the school of MCD<br \/>\n      Tax since 1958?\n<\/p>\n<p>  3. What steps managing committee is taking to pay balance amount due to MCD with regards to said<br \/>\n      Tax?\n<\/p>\n<p>Reply of PIO:\n<\/p>\n<p>Regional Director (S) Mr. Dharam Vir Singh had transferred Appellant&#8217;s RTI application to the DDE\/PIO<br \/>\n(South), C-Block, Defence Colony, New Delhi on date 17\/03\/2009.\n<\/p>\n<p>Grounds for First Appeal:\n<\/p>\n<p>Received a reply to one of the RTI Applications from APIO which was vague, illusive, and defamatory<br \/>\nand was devoid of merits.\n<\/p>\n<p>The First Appellate Authority order:\n<\/p>\n<p>Regional Director (S) Mr. Dharam Vir Singh transferred Appellant&#8217;s First Appeal to the Manager\/Ist.<br \/>\nAppellate Authority, SRSD, Senior Secondary School, Lajpat Nagar-IV, New Delhi-110024 on date<br \/>\n09\/04\/2009.\n<\/p>\n<p>Grounds for Second Appeal:\n<\/p>\n<p>Received a reply to one of the RTI Applications from APIO which was vague, illusive, and defamatory<br \/>\nand was devoid of merits.\n<\/p>\n<p>Relevant Facts emerging during Hearing:\n<\/p>\n<p>The following were present:\n<\/p>\n<p>Appellant: Mr. D. R. Kapila<br \/>\nRespondent: Absent<br \/>\nThe RTI was transferred to the PIO of Sharadha Ram Sanatan Dharm Senior Secondary School, Lajpat<br \/>\nNagar-4,New Delhi 110004. A perusal of the paper provided by the Appellant shows that the relevant<br \/>\ninformation has not been provided to the Appellant. Since Sharadha Ram Sanatan Dharm Senior<br \/>\nSecondary School is an aided school it is a public authority and should have given the relevant replies.<br \/>\nThe PIO of the School is now directed to provide the following information to the Appellant:\n<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>           1-     Details of the Education Qualification of Mrs. Radhika Sharma who is employed with<br \/>\n                  the School.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>           2-     The PIO will also provide the information of the selection process and the details of all<br \/>\n                  the candidates who were considered for the job alongwith Mrs. Radhika Sharma and<br \/>\n                  their education qualifications.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Note: The Education Qualification will also describe the Institute\/University from which the qualification<br \/>\nwas obtained.\n<\/p>\n<p>Decision:\n<\/p>\n<p>The appeal is allowed.\n<\/p>\n<p>The PIO Mr. Ramesh Chandra Sharma of Sharadha Ram Sanatan Dharm Senior Secondary School is<br \/>\ndirected to give the information described above to the appellant before 30 October 2009.<br \/>\nThis decision is announced in open chamber.\n<\/p>\n<p>Notice of this decision be given free of cost to the parties.<br \/>\nAny information in compliance with this Order will be provided free of cost as per Section 7(6) of RTI Act.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                                                                      Shailesh Gandhi<br \/>\n                                                                                            Information Commissioner<br \/>\n                                                                                                       7 October 2009<br \/>\n(In any correspondence on this decision, mentioned the complete decision number.)<br \/>\n                                                                                                                  (AK)\n <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Central Information Commission Mr. D.
