\nthe Courts below have materially erred in law in not granting the
\ndecree of divorce on the ground that earlier the decree of
\nrestitution of conjugal rights was passed against the appellant ?\n<\/p>\n
(b)\tWhether
\nthe Courts below have materially erred in law in not appreciating the
\nevidence on record and not holding that the respondent  had deserted
\nthe appellant without any justifiable reason?\n<\/p>\n
(c)\tWhether
\nthe Courts below have materially erred in law in misappreciating the
\nevidence on record and in holding that after the decree of
\nrestitution of conjugal rights, the appellant had deserted the
\nrespondent?\n<\/p>\n
