APP (DB) No.1018 of 2010\n                                    PRADIP KUMAR SAH\n                                            Versus\n                                   THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                         -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>05.   29.11.2010             Heard learned counsel for the appellant and<\/p>\n<p>                   the counsel appearing for the State.<\/p>\n<p>                             Lower Court Records has been received.<\/p>\n<p>                             Considering the evidence of the witnesses,<\/p>\n<p>                   which is consistent that this appellant made three<\/p>\n<p>                   fires from his pistol and two of his fire caused injury<\/p>\n<p>                   found on the person of the deceased.<\/p>\n<p>                             Counsel for the appellant has tried to make<\/p>\n<p>                   it a case under section 301 of the Indian Penal Code,<\/p>\n<p>                   but considering the fact that in any case the appellant<\/p>\n<p>                   is the assailant of the deceased, we do not feel<\/p>\n<p>                   inclined to grant bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             Hence, prayer for bail is rejected.<\/p>\n<p>                                       (Mridula Mishra, J.)<\/p>\n<p>                                       (Dharnidhar Jha, J.)<br \/>\nSKM\n <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patna High Court &#8211; Orders Pradip Kumar Sah vs The State Of Bihar on 29 November, 2010 IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA CR.
