Justice V.RAMKUMAR\n\n Dated :17\/12\/2010\n\n O R D E R\n                        V.RAMKUMAR, J.\n           ---------------------------------------------------\n              Bail Application No.8219 of 2010\n          -----------------------------------------------------\n        Dated this the 17th day of December, 2010\n\n                               ORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p>      In this Petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C., the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner, who is the sole accused in Crime No.1122 of 2010<\/p>\n<p>of Chathannoor Police Station for offences punishable under<\/p>\n<p>Sections 363, 366 &amp; 376 I.P.C., seeks his enlargement on bail.<\/p>\n<p>The petitioner was arrested on 12\/10\/2010.<\/p>\n<p>      2.   I heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and<\/p>\n<p>the learned Public Prosecutor.\n<\/p>\n<p>      3.   Having regard to the nature of the offences, the<\/p>\n<p>duration of judicial custody undergone by the petitioner, the<\/p>\n<p>present stage of investigation of the case and the other<\/p>\n<p>circumstances of the case etc., I am inclined to grant bail to<\/p>\n<p>the petitioner.    Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to be<\/p>\n<p>released on bail with effect from 30\/12\/2010 on his<\/p>\n<p>executing a bond for `15,000\/- (Rupees fifteen thousand only)<\/p>\n<p>with two solvent sureties each for the like amount to the<\/p>\n<p>satisfaction of the Magistrate concerned and subject to the<\/p>\n<p>following conditions:-\n<\/p>\n<p>Bail Appln.No.8219\/2010<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                  : 2 :<\/span><\/p>\n<p>      1.     The petitioner shall report before the<\/p>\n<p>             Investigating Officer between 9 a.m. and<\/p>\n<p>             11 a.m. on all Wednesdays.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.     The petitioner shall make himself available<\/p>\n<p>             for interrogation as and when required by<\/p>\n<p>             the police at any time till the filing of the<\/p>\n<p>             final report.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>      3.     The petitioner shall not influence or<\/p>\n<p>             intimidate the prosecution witnesses nor<\/p>\n<p>             shall he attempt to tamper        with    the<\/p>\n<p>             evidence for the prosecution.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>      4.
