Hanif, Resident of Village Gorhari, P.S.\nParihar, District Sitamarhi.\n                                                        ......Petitioner\n\n                                   Versus\n\nTHE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                                       .......Opposite Party\n                                  -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>02\/-   29-09-2010             Heard Counsel for the petitioner and Additional<\/p>\n<p>                    Public Prosecutor for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              Petitioner is named accused in this case being<\/p>\n<p>                    husband of the complainant carries allegation of demand<\/p>\n<p>                    of dowry, torture etc. However, it is submitted on behalf<\/p>\n<p>                    of the petitioner that in spite of granting ex-parte divorce<\/p>\n<p>                    to the complainant, he is ready and willing to join her<\/p>\n<p>                    company and accept her as his wife as it is.<\/p>\n<p>                              Considering the facts and circumstances of the<\/p>\n<p>                    case, in the event of filing an undertaking to pay a sum of<\/p>\n<p>                    Rs. 500\/- per month by way of ad interim maintenance,<\/p>\n<p>                    subject to final order by competent authority on the issue<\/p>\n<p>                    begin with the payment and in the event of his<\/p>\n<p>                    arrest\/surrender before the court below within four<\/p>\n<p>                    weeks of receipt of the copy of this order, petitioner,<\/p>\n<p>                    namely, Md.
