A.G. for respondents<br \/>\nNo. 2 and 4.\n<\/p>\n<p>         Shri Anoop Nair, Counsel for respondent No.3.<br \/>\n         Shri Anshuman Singh, Counsel for respondent No.6.<br \/>\n         Shri Nagrath, learned Addl. A.G. submitted that he has<br \/>\nfiled minutes of meeting held in his Chambers on 26.4.201. A<br \/>\ncopy of which is made available to us which reveals that in the<br \/>\naforesaid       meeting      Collector,     Jabalpur,      Commissioner,<br \/>\nMunicipal Corporation, Jabalpur, Airport Incharge, Jabalpur,<br \/>\nJunior     Executive      Engineer,     Airport     Authority    of    India,<br \/>\nadditional Collector, Jabalpur, Sub Divisional Officer, Jabalpur<br \/>\nand Naib Tehsildar, Panagar, district Jabalpur were present.<br \/>\nIn the said meeting, following decisions were taken :-\n<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>         A.      Pursuant to the earlier meeting dated 29.3.2011, a<br \/>\n         senior technical official from Airport Authority of India,<br \/>\n         Shri R.K.Shagla, Joint General Manager (Planning) was<br \/>\n         in Jabalpur on 19 &amp; 20th April,2011. On these days, joint<br \/>\n         efforts were made by the technical officials of Airport<br \/>\n         Authority of India and local revenue authorities to<br \/>\n         reconcile the revenue map and the map available with<br \/>\n         Airport Authority of India (Grid Map). During this<br \/>\n         reconciliation it was found that the two maps could not be<br \/>\n         reconsiled in their present form. It was for this reason<br \/>\n         that further steps as were agreed upon in the earlier joint<br \/>\n         meeting, could not be undertaken.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>         B.      During today&#8217;s joint meeting, it was thus agreed<br \/>\n         upon that Airport Authority of India would submit an<br \/>\n         application for demarcation of the existing airport<br \/>\n         premises within 3 days; and demarcation would be<br \/>\n         accordingly done by revenue department. This exercise<br \/>\n         of demarcation of existing land would be done by revenue<br \/>\n         authorities within 1 week. Subsequently, the revenue map\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>                                                                    2&#8230;..<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<pre>\n\n\n                     MCC No.5 of 2004\n\nS.C.Datt                                    Union of India and others\n\n\n\n27.04.2011\n\n\n<\/pre>\n<blockquote><p>      shall be updated on the basis of said demarcation. Final<br \/>\n      revenue map shall be provided to AAI within 1 week<br \/>\n      thereafter by the revenue authorities. In this way<br \/>\n      reconciliation would be possible.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>      C.      Based on reconciled map, Airport Authority of<br \/>\n      India would submit its revised plan for proposed<br \/>\n      extension of runway\/development of airport at Jabalpur,<br \/>\n      showing the extent of additional land required by them<br \/>\n      for extension of runway\/development of Airport. This<br \/>\n      revised plan shall be submitted by AAI within 2 weeks<br \/>\n      thereafter.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>      D.      Based on the revised plan provided by Airport<br \/>\n      Authority of India, the revenue authorities shall work out<br \/>\n      the extent of additional land required (Khasra-wise and<br \/>\n      area-wise), so as to determine the total additional land<br \/>\n      required by AAI. This exercise shall be done by revenue<br \/>\n      authority within 2 weeks of receipt of revised plan from<br \/>\n      AAI.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>      E.      Thereafter, Airport Authority of India will submit<br \/>\n      a formal proposal for allotment of additional land<br \/>\n      required for proposed extension of runway\/development<br \/>\n      of airport to the Collector, Jabalpur. This final proposal<br \/>\n      for allotment of additional land shall be submitted by<br \/>\n      Airport Authority of India through their authorized<br \/>\n      official within a period of 2 weeks from determination of<br \/>\n      additional land required (Khasra-wise and area-wise).<br \/>\n      F.      Since the additional land required by Airport<br \/>\n      Authority of India is to be made available out of<br \/>\n      Government land, Municipal Corporation land, Forest<br \/>\n      land and private land, further steps to be taken towards<br \/>\n      the procedure to be adopted for this allotment would be<br \/>\n      decided after completion of above.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>      Shri Nagrath submitted that within a period of 3 days<br \/>\nAirport Authority of India would submit an application for the<br \/>\ndemarcation of the existing premises because at present there<br \/>\nare no final boundary marks of the land occupied by the<br \/>\nAirport Authority so it is necessary that the land of the Airport<br \/>\nAuthority of Dumna be demarcated. It is assured by him that<br \/>\nwithin a period of one week from today, the demarcation work<br \/>\nshall be completed and as per the demarcation, the decision\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                                 3&#8230;..<\/p>\n<pre>\n\n\n                    MCC No.5 of 2004\n\nS.C.Datt                                  Union of India and others\n\n\n\n27.04.2011\n\n\nNo. C, D and E would take place.\n      The aforesaid statement is taken on record.              The\n<\/pre>\n<p>authorities are directed to proceed in the matter in<br \/>\naccordance with the decision taken by them on 26.4.2011<br \/>\n(supra).\n<\/p>\n<p>      Re-construction of Runway:\n<\/p>\n<p>      It is submitted by Shri Nair that patch work of runway is<br \/>\ncomplete and on 21.4.2011 it is notified to the concerned<br \/>\nAirline that the runway is fit for flying airbus. The concerned<br \/>\nairline &#8216;Kingfisher&#8217; has now to inspect the air strip and after its<br \/>\nsatisfaction, the flight between Jabalpur and Mumbai may<br \/>\nstart. As the Airport Authority of India has already intimated<br \/>\nto the concerned airline and the patch work is complete, this<br \/>\nstatement is taken on record.\n<\/p>\n<p>      Night landing facility at Dumna Airport, Jabalpur:<br \/>\n      It is submitted by Shri Nair that now night landing<br \/>\nfacility at Dumna is available.     All the equipment including<br \/>\nsignage have been affixed. An intimation has been sent to<br \/>\nthe concerned authorities that such night landing facility is<br \/>\navailable at Jabalpur and after a period of 90 days it shall be<br \/>\nduly notified.    However, during this period, night landing<br \/>\nfacility will be available and it can be utilised by the airlines if<br \/>\nrequired. The aforesaid statement is taken on record.\n<\/p>\n<p>      Construction of road between Jabalpur township<br \/>\nand Dumna Airport:\n<\/p>\n<p>      Shri Anshuman Singh, learned counsel for the Municipal<br \/>\nCorporation, submitted that the sole tender which was\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                                 4&#8230;..<\/p>\n<pre>\n\n\n                   MCC No.5 of 2004\n\nS.C.Datt                                   Union of India and others\n\n\n\n27.04.2011\n\n\n<\/pre>\n<p>received was opened on 1.4.2011. It was little on higher side.<br \/>\nHowever, keeping the aforesaid offer pending, third NIT has<br \/>\nbeen issued which shall be open on 16.5.2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>      Shri Nagrath submitted that a proposal for providing<br \/>\nfund for the construction of this road is under consideration of<br \/>\nthe Finance Department and on or before 16.5.2011 it shall be<br \/>\nfinalised.\n<\/p>\n<p>      The aforesaid statement is also taken on record.<br \/>\n      Considering aforesaid we direct that this case be listed<br \/>\nfor hearing on 18.5.2011.     On the said date all the parties<br \/>\nshall apprise the progress on affidavit.\n<\/p>\n<p>      A typed copy of this order be supplied to all the<br \/>\nconcerned.<\/p>\n<pre>\n\n\n (Krishn Kumar Lahoti)           (Smt.
