On his behalf his father Rajaram Avghade is<br \/>\n\tpresent and he states that he is not knowing the whereabouts of his<br \/>\n\tson and he is not desirous to state anything against on the aspects<br \/>\n\tof condonation of delay.\n<\/p>\n<p>Considering<br \/>\n\tthe facts and circumstances and in view of the grounds stated in the<br \/>\n\tapplication for condonation of delay, sufficient cause is made out.<br \/>\n\tHence delay deserves to be condoned and therefore, condoned.\n<\/p>\n<p>Application<br \/>\n\tallowed to the aforesaid extent.
