(Oral)\n<\/pre>\n<p>             In this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed that directions be<\/p>\n<p>issued to the respondents to consider and decide representation dated<\/p>\n<p>10.3.2009\/ legal notice dated 18.4.2009 sent by the petitioner.<\/p>\n<p>             It is grievance of the petitioner that private respondent, by<\/p>\n<p>discharging filth of his house in the common drain, is causing nuisance and<\/p>\n<p>on account of his action, the petitioner and other residents in that locality,<\/p>\n<p>are facing lot of inconvenience. It is an admitted fact that representation\/<\/p>\n<p>legal notice sent by the petitioner are still pending undecided.<\/p>\n<p>             In view of facts of this case, this writ petition is disposed of by<\/p>\n<p>issuing directions to Executive Officer of Municipal Committee Karnal to<\/p>\n<p>take note of representation\/ legal notice sent by the petitioner, pass a<\/p>\n<p>speaking order and if need be, initiate remedial steps to remove<\/p>\n<p>inconvenience to the petitioner and other residents.
