HEMA, J.\n       =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=\n                     B.A. No. 382 of 2009\n       =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=\n          Dated this the 5thday of February, 2009\n\n                           O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Petition for bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2. The alleged offences are under sections 143, 147, 148,<\/p>\n<p>448, 427, 324, 307 read with section 149 IPC.     According to<\/p>\n<p>prosecution, petitioners who are accused 1 to 8 allegedly<\/p>\n<p>committed the offences on 16-12-2008.<\/p>\n<p>      3. Accused 1 to 7 were arrested on 13-1-2009 and 8th<\/p>\n<p>accused surrendered before the Magistrate Court on 14-1-2009.<\/p>\n<p>      4. Learned counsel for     petitioners submitted that  in<\/p>\n<p>connection with the same incident, there is another crime also.<\/p>\n<p>Learned Public Prosecutor submitted that he has no objection in<\/p>\n<p>granting bail on conditions.\n<\/p>\n<p>      5. On hearing both sides, I am satisfied that bail can be<\/p>\n<p>granted to petitioner on conditions.<\/p>\n<p>      6. Hence, petitioners shall be released on bail on their<\/p>\n<p>executing a bond for Rs.50,000\/- each with two solvent sureties<\/p>\n<p>each for the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned<\/p>\n<p>Magistrate, on the following conditions:-<\/p>\n<p>            1)   Petitioners   shall  report  before  the<\/p>\n<p>                  Investigating Officer on every Monday,<\/p>\n<p>BA 382\/09                        -2-\n<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">                 Wednesday and Saturday between            10<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>                 a.m. and 1 p.m. until further orders.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>           2)    Petitioner shall not enter the limits of the<\/p>\n<p>                 police station within which the crime is<\/p>\n<p>                 registered   except     for  compliance   of<\/p>\n<p>                 direction in condition (1).<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>           3)   Petitioner shall not intimidate or influence<\/p>\n<p>                 any witness or commit any offence while<\/p>\n<p>                 on bail and in case breach of this<\/p>\n<p>                 condition, bail is liable to be cancelled.<\/p>\n<p>      This petition is allowed.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote>\n<\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>                                             K.HEMA, JUDGE.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>mn.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kerala High Court Vallil Prajeesh vs The Sub Inspector Of Police on 5 February, 2009 IN THE HIGH COURT OF KERALA AT ERNAKULAM Bail Appl..No. 382 of 2009() 1.
