Department       of<\/p>\n<p>                    Economics from the respondent\/Tilka Manjhi<\/p>\n<p>                    Bhagalpur          University        with        effect      from<\/p>\n<p>                    28.2.1997,         has    prayed     for     a     declaration<\/p>\n<p>                    that    he    is     entitled       to    get    his    pension<\/p>\n<p>                    revised       in     terms      of       State     Government<\/p>\n<p>                    Resolution          No.820     dated        23.9.2009         and<\/p>\n<p>                    further it has been prayed for directing<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                         2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>        the respondents to re-fix his pension in<\/p>\n<p>        terms of the Government Resolution No.820<\/p>\n<p>        dated 23.9.2009.\n<\/p>\n<p>                  Learned counsel for the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>        submits that issue involved in the present<\/p>\n<p>        writ petition is covered by an order passed<\/p>\n<p>        by this Court in C.W.J.C. No.3616              of 2010<\/p>\n<p>        (Dr.     Himanshu     Bhushan        Vs.   Tilkamanjhi<\/p>\n<p>        Bhagalpur University and others) and other<\/p>\n<p>        connected writ petitions. Learned counsel<\/p>\n<p>        for the respondents is not in a position to<\/p>\n<p>        distinguish the case of the petitioner from<\/p>\n<p>        the case of Dr. Himanshu Bhushan (Supra).<\/p>\n<p>                  Accordingly,         the    writ    petition<\/p>\n<p>        stands    allowed    in    terms     of    order   dated<\/p>\n<p>        3.12.2010    passed       in   C.W.J.C.
