No.612 of 2011, it is prayed that this<\/p>\n<p>                      application for bail be disposed at an early date because the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                      is of about 90 years old and in custody since 18.12.2010. In support of<\/p>\n<p>                      the age petitioner has annexed the election identity card from which it<\/p>\n<p>                      is clear that the petitioner is at least above 80 years of age. It is further<\/p>\n<p>                      submitted that the case has been instituted under Section 409 of the<\/p>\n<p>                      Indian Penal Code and Section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act,<\/p>\n<p>                      being Alipur P.S.
